FAQ

How can I change or transfer my registration?

Changes or category-changes can only be done until November 27, 2016. Please request via e-mail to info (at) silvesterlauf.ch. After that changes are only possible on Friday December 09 and Saturday December 10, 2016 at the number bib distribution (at the “trouble desk”) Costs are CHF 10.- plus potential differences to the new category.

Can I still register after the deadline?
No – no registration will be accepted after the last day of registration.


When is it wise not to start at the Zürcher Silvesterlauf?
Viral infections such as the flu, but also simple colds can increase the risk of heart damage in combination with physical stress. We strongly recommend not to run 10 days after a flu, viral infection or cold – even if it seems to be over!

Can I buy insurance – in case I cannot start?
Yes, when registering online, (via DATASPORT) you can buy an insurance. The terms and conditions can be found on www.datasport.ch.


My address has changed. How do I communicate that to make sure it is reflected in the ranking?
